The house was perfect for our family of 20. It was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. The pool was perfect size for our young kids. We couldn’t have picked a more perfect place.

Wow!! What an incredible house! We stayed there with a big group of family to celebrate my mom’s birthday and I have to say, the pictures don’t even do it justice. The house is beautiful and the location is incredible. So close to the beach! The kids loved the games and the movie room. They basically took over the downstairs but we were okay with that because we were so busy enjoying the views from the balconies. Thank you for a wonderful visit to Corolla!

This is a special gem. Super accommodating for my group of gals and beyond spacious with every room having its own restroom. The upstairs living room area is the perfect entertainment spot and the outdoor pool was great to lounge and relax. The walk to the beach was super accessible and the top patio deck was awesome for our morning coffees. We plan to be back!

Great house, great location - quiet, right next to the preserve so there is open space with beautiful views without houses on top of you from all directions. Loved the crows next for sunrises and sunsets!

Above and Beyond is the best beach house on the block. It has the best views for nightly sunsets. All the amenities that you need. Extremely close to the beach. James was a most responsive host. We lucked out with outstanding weather. It was an awesome family vacation.

My family really enjoyed staying at A&B! The location is so good, extremely close to a not-so-busy beach access and the view from the rooftop patio is amazing! The teenagers enjoyed the game room pool table and arcade. One of the best theater rooms I’ve seen in a vacation home. The kitchen is very well stocked with cooking supplies (even a stand up mixer and rice cooker) and eating utensils. I liked that it was only a 5min drive to grocery stores.

I can not describe how wonderful this vacation was. The house was perfect. It had absolutely everything you needed or wanted. The movie room is amazing. The pool and hot tub was a huge hit with the kids!!!! We barely left the house for 5 days. We will definitely be back. This house was worth every dime. Thank you to James for answering all our questions so quickly. Could not have asked for a better host.

10/10 recommend this beautiful home! The view for sunrise and sunsets is absolutely gorgeous whether you watch it from the very top porch or the second level porches and even from the kitchen! The movie theater was an awesome bonus to watch movies at night! And the master bedroom and bathroom on the third floor is absolutely gorgeous! That master bathroom with the huge shower is like a dream! The location of this house was perfect! James was absolutely great to work with. Very responsive to any questions I had. Every thing from check-in and check-out was great! This was a short getaway weekend for me and 13 other of my girls from work. Everyone had so much fun and absolutely love this house!
